Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps? You don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and reconnect with your strengths.

I work with youth (10+), adults, and couples experiencing a wide range of challenges from anxiety, depression, and burnout to major life transitions and relational stress. My approach is empathetic, curious, and grounded, while still being direct when it comes to exploring the heart of the issue.

My work is rooted in a person-centred foundation: I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, so together we will shape a process that feels meaningful and aligned with what you need.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused approaches, Mindfulness, Adlerian and Humanistic-phenomenological perspectives, as well as Systemic and Structural Family Therapy. This integrative framework allows me to adapt sessions to your unique experiences and goals.

Where you are today is not where you have to stay. If you think you are ready to understand your story in a new way and take steps toward meaningful change, I’m here to support you.
