Nadia Guergachi, Registered Pyschotherapist (Qualifying)
Things might look fine on the outside but inside, you feel off. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, shut down, or just stuck in a loop you can’t explain. You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just need a place to start.

I work with children (10+), teens and adults facing all kinds of challenges: anxiety, stress, life transitions, or that foggy sense that something isn’t quite right. My approach in sessions is calm, honest, and flexible.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family System, Trauma-Informed Care and client-centered therapy, always grounded in a deep respect for your individual experience. We’ll figure out what works for you, no pressure to follow a script or force anything that doesn’t feel real.
I show up as a person first, therapist second. I think therapy should feel like a real conversation, not an evaluation. Whether you’re feeling lost or simply want more clarity, I’ll meet you where you are. You don’t have to be “ready” to start, just curious enough to begin.
