Roksana Sobota, Registered Pychotherapist (Qualifying)

Life transitions are inevitable and can have a profound impact on us and our well-being. Transitions can provide opportunities for change, personal growth, and self-discovery. However, they can also be challenging, stressful and difficult to navigate alone.

I offer a compassionate and authentic therapeutic approach and believe in working together in the here and now. I will provide support and professional expertise in a safe and empathetic environment. We will work together to build resilience and empower you to overcome life’s challenges, develop skills and strategies to lead to positive change, and ultimately achieve your personal goals.

I offer a therapeutic approach that's both flexible and adaptable to your unique needs. I draw on evidence-based approaches from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

My goal is to create a space that feels safe and secure, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. Please reach out if you think I might be the right fit for you.
