Alessia Zita, MA, RP (Qualifying)

I aspire to provide a safe space for you to challenge yourself to grow and attain the life you foresee. No matter what stage you are at in your therapeutic journey, whether your problems feel big or small, we'll collaborate on what is important to you. I believe you already possess many tools that can help encourage the positive change you are seeking. Through self-reflection, compassion and emotion informed strategies, we can uncover and implement these strengths with open and genuine communication.

I tend towards an eclectic and present-focused approach, that draws on tools from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Compassion-based approach to process through your problems, not around them.

I aim to balance happiness and authenticity within my work and lifestyle, and I hope to connect with you similarly to work towards your goals.
