About Bree

Bree Bosut, MA, RP (Qualifying)
Are you experiencing anxiety, burnout, relationship troubles, or low self-esteem? Are you feeling overwhelmed by a life transition, such as pregnancy or postpartum? Is motherhood or your career causing you confusion, exhaustion, or grief? I am here to walk alongside you.
I provide a calm and nurturing space to help my clients navigate life’s challenges while embarking on a journey of healing and self-discovery. I aim to support you through providing tools and a safe space to process your experiences.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I draw from various modalities, such as Person-Centred, CBT, ACT, DBT, Internal Family Systems and Solution-Focused therapy, to meet my client’s needs, help them reach their goals and uncover patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

I look forward to learning more about you and seeing if I am the right fit for your journey. Together, we can take the first step towards support, empathy, and self compassion.
