"You helped me see the light
when I was in a dark, dark place"

About Aneisa

Aneisa Maley, MA, RP (Qualifying)

I’ve always been drawn to understanding human psychology as a way of gaining insight into where our behaviours and thoughts come from. We are often so quick to jump into negative self talk, judging ourselves for actions or thoughts we have instead of exploring why they are there.

Therapy can be such a wonderful and powerful way to explore those thoughts, feelings and behaviours allowing us to understand them and help us direct them to work for us instead of against us.

In many areas of our life we may find ourselves lacking control, therapy can help move us from a space of helplessness into empowerment, self awareness and intentional action.

Opening up can be hard and it would be my honour to walk along side you on your journey to self discovery and healing. The answers to our greatest selves are always within us, sometimes we just need support untangling the knots of our past.
