We work only with proven, evidence-based approaches to anxiety therapy including:
Emotionally Focused Therapy
(EFT)
It's a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individuals and couples strengthen emotional bonds by identifying and reshaping negative interaction patterns.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

It's a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

It's a a structured approach that combines mindfulness and emotional regulation to help you manage distress and build healthier relationships.
Mindfulness-based therapies

The number one deciding factor in successful therapy is the relationship with your therapist. You need to feel a connection in terms of communication, trust, comfort and safety during your sessions.
Our role is to listen and collaborate with you in your unique situation, without any judgement, while providing unwavering support. Choosing a therapist is difficult which is why we offer complimentary calls to see if we are the right fit for each other.
Terms & conditions
In-person session are provided in Burlington office (5500 N Service Rd). All sessions are also offered online via a secured video platform and can be done from the comfort of your own home, or from any private space.
Booking: All sessions, including your initial free consultation, can be booked online in advance for your convenience.
Payments/Benefits: There are no taxes on our services. Payment is accepted via etransfer or credit card, and an official receipt is always provided. If you have benefits please check with your provider directly if they cover Psychotherapists / Social Workers. Please note, we do not provide direct billing at this time.
Anxiety therapy fees: $65-$170/50-minute session (depending on the therapist)
We also have low-cost therapy / sliding scale for those who need.
