Tessa Worthy, MA, RP (Qualifying)
Tessa completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program from Yorkville University, where she acquired experience working clients with issues related to stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues (family, friends, partners).
Tessa has a natural born passion to help individuals navigate the unavoidable challenges life throws their way. She believes you are the leader of your life and will go at your pace to help you develop the confidence to move forward and achieve your goals.
Being down to earth, Tessa's hope is to make clients feel comfortable and be their authentic selves. Therapeutic approaches include a collaborative, non-judgmental stance, and uses modalities such as; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness.​
