Abi Stupple is our Masters Level Intern who is offering her services at a lower-cost of $100 / session. A number of sliding scale spaces are also available at request.
Abi is under Clinical Supervision and has her RP (Qualifying) designation.
After dedicating the past two decades to the field of education, I set about on a transformative journey towards becoming a registered psychotherapist. My professional journey in education evolved into a Special Education Resource Teacher, where my focus shifted towards removing barriers for my students and their families. My experience in the education sector has honed my empathic nature and nurtured my ability to view individuals without judgment.
My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered and holistic. I believe in taking a compassionate and non-judgmental stance to guide and empower my clients through their journey of personal growth and transformation. Together, we embark on a collaborative exploration of your inner world, seeking to create a safe and helping space where you can find your path to healing and well-being.
I am eager to work with you on your unique journey, providing the support and care you deserve. Your growth and change are my utmost priorities, and I am here to walk this path with you.

Monday & Thursday (in-person or virtual) 9am - 4pm;

Tues, Wed, & Friday (virtual) 10am - 8pm;

Saturday (virtual or in-person) 9am - 1pm.

Individual Therapy $100 +HST
